Candidates must carry all ORIGINAL documents along with 3 sets of self-attested photocopies. Originals will be returned after verification, except for the CLC/SLC and Migration Certificate which are retained permanently.
Required for all engineering admissions in Bihar.
Original Admit Card issued by NTA or BCECEB.
Valid rank card showing your AIR/State rank.
Required as proof of Date of Birth.
Required for university (BEU) registration.
Issued by the Head of the previous institution.
If applicable. Must be issued by DM/SDO/CO.
Proof of Bihar residency for state quota.
Original for verification, copies for submission.
6 copies (Must match the photo uploaded in UGEAC/BCECE form).
Downloaded after counseling registration.
Downloaded from BCECEB portal. Bring 3 copies.
Available on BCECEB website. Must be filled in duplicate.

Must be issued by the school/college where 12th was completed. Retained permanently by the college.
If you are missing a critical document like the CLC/SLC or Migration Certificate on the day of reporting, you must submit a written undertaking to the Nodal Officer. A provisional extension (usually 7 to 15 days) may be granted to submit the missing document. Failure to submit within the extended time may result in cancellation of admission.
